Hi, I'm Christine. In August of 2017 I learned about the Ketogenic Way of Eating. I needed a way to lose weight AND control my Type 2 Diabetes. Up until that time I was at a complete loss on how to lose weight and regain my health. Nothing was working for me until Keto. Since then my family and I have an entirely new outlook on living and the foods we eat. We LOVE to be Keto and we want to share all the reasons why!
